The MHE Research Foundation held its biannual MHE Research Banquet on
September 13th 2009, during this event held in New York City Dr. Dormans
the Chief Orthopaedic Surgery
The Children's Hospital of
Philadelphia was honored by our foundation for his lifes dedication and
service to the care of children and his efforts that have been felt
around the world.
Our foundation in honor of Dr. Dormans arranged the
following awards to be presented to him during this event.
We had the
privilege of having New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, New York
State Senator Marty Golden and other public officials come and speak
about our foundation and efforts on behalf of Multiple Hereditary
Exostoses and pay tribute to Dr. Dormans achievements.
During this
event Dr. Dormans was awarded the 2009 MHE Research Foundation
"The Humanitarian Scientific Achievement Award" along with the awarding of

~ New York State Senate ~ LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION ~
~ The Borough of Brooklyn, City of New York ~ CITATION ~
The
MHE Research Foundation also received LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring
our foundation efforts on behalf of Multiple Hereditary Exostoses and
the progress we are making around the world.
